Deputy Head of Hair & Beauty (1FTE with Saturdays)

Deputy Head of Hair and Beauty to lead the Hair and Beauty curriculum within Further Education at London College of Beauty Therapy. Senior leadership role responsible for curriculum quality, development, and impact across Hair and Beauty programmes; will lead Programme Managers and Lecturers, promote high-quality teaching practices, drive continuous improvement, and strengthen employer partnerships to enhance student experience, progression, and employability. Requires teaching qualification and/or experience in educational leadership, with a degree or postgraduate qualification in a relevant subject, and significant senior leadership experience in FE/HE/apprenticeships; knowledge of pedagogy, curriculum design, and quality frameworks; familiarity with Ofsted, OfS, and ESFA requirements is desirable. Salary from £48,150 to £52,150 per annum; based in London with in-person interviews and location at LCBT, 3-5 Fashion Street, London, E1 6PX.
