Job Summary
Deputy Head of Data & Solution Enablement (ad interim) to provide interim leadership for the Data & Solution Enablement function within the Digital Business Transformation team of the COO division. Lead operational continuity, act as business owner for the bank’s enterprise data platform, shape platform strategy and value proposition for business consumers, drive execution of transformational initiatives, collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to strengthen data adoption and value realization, contribute to the bank’s AI agenda including use case assessment and governance, identify risks and mitigation actions, and prepare executive-level communications for senior stakeholders. Requires senior leadership presence, strong data and analytics expertise in financial services, and ability to deliver tangible outcomes within a 3-month backfill period (with possible extension), based in Zurich, Switzerland.
Required Qualifications
- 10-15 years of professional experience including leadership roles within financial services and transformation environments
- Strong understanding of wealth management and private banking
- Deep expertise in modern data platforms, data management, and analytics capabilities within financial institutions
- Proven experience leading large-scale programmes and coordinating cross-functional teams
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to develop executive narratives and management materials
- Previous management consulting experience is an advantage
- University degree or Polytechnic degree or equivalent professional qualification
