Job Summary
Lead, motivate, and develop associates through effective supervision, coaching, and performance feedback while managing the daily maintenance and presentation of golf courses. Supervise grass cutting machinery, oversee chemical storage and application in line with legislation, and coordinate irrigation system monitoring and repairs to maintain optimal turf health. Organize day-to-day work programs, manage stock levels of fertilizers and consumables, and participate in department projects to ensure works meet set standards. Liaise with the Golf Operations team to align course setup with tournament and guest requirements. Maintain high customer care standards and adhere to all Health and Safety, COSHH, and risk assessment guidelines.

- Monitor irrigation systems
- Identify faults in irrigation systems
- Coordinate repairs to maintain optimal turf health
- Manage stock levels of fertilisers, chemicals, seed, sand and other consumables
- Ensure timely ordering of consumables
- Maintain accurate records of stock
- Understand Trump Turnberry policies on Health and Safety
- Work within Health & Safety guidelines
- Work within COSHH guidelines

- Manage and oversee safe storage, handling and application of chemicals
