Job Summary
Deputy General Manager to support the General Manager and run shifts in their absence in a fast-paced London pizza operation. The role involves motivating the team, delivering excellent customer service, managing customer expectations, assisting with weekly reports and shop orders, and conducting team appraisals and development. The ideal candidate has at least one year of Deputy Manager experience in a casual dining or takeaway setting, strong knowledge of food hygiene and health and safety, and aims for progression to General Manager. Required Qualifications
