Job Summary
Coordinate all areas of hotel operations for a four-star Mercure property in Budapest, leading with vision to foster a high-performing team culture. Collaborate closely with department heads to elevate guest satisfaction, team engagement, and overall hotel results while managing a large team. Ensure profitability and the highest quality of guest service through strategic and hands-on leadership, including budgeting and achieving business goals. Manage extensive conference and MICE services, coordinating large-scale events and collaborating with corporate clients.
Required Qualifications
- Passion and proven experience as a Hotel Manager, Deputy Manager, Operational Manager or Sales Director, responsible for large teams within a similar hotel
- Solid business knowledge, proven experience in budgeting, and the ability to achieve business goals
- Ability to operate both operationally and strategically to ensure profitability and the highest quality of guest service
- Extensive experience in hotels offering comprehensive conference and MICE services, including coordination of large-scale events and collaboration with corporate clients
- Demonstrated leadership skills to engage, empower and inspire the team
- Experience working within diverse multi-generational teams
- Consistency in action and a strong drive to achieve
