Job Summary
Deputy General Manager responsible for on-site leadership of food-service teams, recruitment, induction, training and support to deliver high-quality service to clients; drive budget management, internal and external communications, and client liaison to enable operational excellence and innovative menu planning; ensure COSHH, food safety, health and safety, and environmental policies are followed; role involves managing a 5-day shift pattern over 7 with 40 hours per week across Elior UK sites and contributing to customer service excellence and staff development.
