Job Summary
Support the General Manager and lead the home in their absence while overseeing care standards through audits, clinical supervision, and compliance checks. Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional care, developing strategies to enhance resident wellbeing and quality of life. This 40-hour weekly role includes two days supernumerary and two days on shift, with a salary of £60,000 per year plus a £2000 welcome bonus. Candidates must be an NMC-registered nurse with a mentoring/supervision qualification and previous experience as a Clinical Deputy within a Care Home. Required Qualifications

- Experience supporting residents with varied health needs
