Job Summary
Executive Deputy General Manager role at Inland Empire Utilities Agency (IEUA) overseeing the Technical Resources Division and providing leadership across operations, maintenance, engineering, construction, laboratory services, regulatory compliance, asset management, and planning. The position requires strategic, collaborative, business-minded leadership with strong experience managing multidisciplinary teams, political acumen, and ability to work with the Board, member agencies, regulators, and staff. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, public administration, environmental science, engineering, or a closely related field; master’s degree preferred
- at least 15 years of progressively responsible management experience
- including at least 5 years in senior management within a public agency or private firm
- Registration as a Professional Engineer in the State of California is highly desirable
- Experience in the water and wastewater industry is preferred
