Job Summary
Lead global regulatory strategy and litigation for identity and technology platforms across financial services, crypto-assets, and blockchain. Drive regulatory engagement, oversee complex inquiries and enforcement actions, and advise executive leadership on high-stakes matters in multiple jurisdictions. Manage global litigation strategy, direct outside counsel, and develop scalable legal operations and crisis-response frameworks while supporting product launches. Requires 10-15+ years of experience in regulatory, litigation, or enforcement roles within law firms, government agencies, or senior in-house positions at technology or highly regulated companies. Juris Doctor from a top-tier law school and U.S. bar membership are required.
