Job Summary
Advise the trading team on regulatory requirements and review marketing materials for funds while managing portfolio investment transactions, including asset acquisitions and structured workouts. Provide analysis of regulatory, litigation, and market developments, and advise on management company structure, governance, and employee policies. Represent the firm in discussions with regulators, investors, and third parties, ensuring compliance with applicable laws. This role requires a J.D. and 10+ years of experience in investment management legal work within a fast-paced, market-driven environment.
