Job Summary
Manage tender coordination, including allocation to bid teams, schedule management, and submission delivery with a focus on safety and quality. Lead tender query management, commercial support for rate development, and oversight of the opportunity pipeline through tracking and forecasting. Prepare bid governance activities, analyze win/loss outcomes, and maintain framework rates and documentation. Support the Framework Manager with leadership reporting, commitment tracking, and supplier engagement while providing guidance on project mobilisation. Ensure on-time delivery of Tender Commitments and support onboarding training for new Project Managers.
