Deputy Framework Manager- Highways

Manage tender coordination, including allocation to bid teams, schedule management, and ensuring submissions meet safety and quality standards. Lead preparation of tender queries, provide commercial support through rate development and query responses, and maintain oversight of the opportunity pipeline with forecasting and proactive management. Prepare internal bid governance activity, contribute to lessons learned analysis, and support the Framework Manager with leadership reporting and supplier engagement. Manage framework cost and performance reporting, maintain rate cards, and provide guidance on compliant project set-up and mobilisation. Support onboarding and training for Project Managers while ensuring on-time delivery of Tender Commitments.
