Deputy Framework Manager- Highways

Manage tender coordination, including allocation to bid teams, schedule management, and submission delivery with a focus on safety and quality. Lead tender query preparation, ensure accurate commercial rate development, and maintain oversight of the opportunity pipeline through tracking and forecasting. Support framework governance, client and supplier engagement, and contract administration while guiding project teams on compliant mobilisation. Deliver on Tender Commitments, manage internal cost reporting, and maintain framework rate cards. Contribute to bid lessons learned, performance improvement analysis, and the onboarding training of new Project Managers.
