Job Summary
Coordinate tenders, manage bid schedules, and ensure submissions meet safety and quality standards while leading tender query responses and commercial support activities. Maintain oversight of the opportunity pipeline, track forecasting, and prepare internal bid governance inputs alongside lessons learned analysis. Support framework management through leadership reporting, commitment tracking, and supplier engagement, while managing internal cost performance and maintaining accurate rate cards. Provide guidance on project mobilisation and framework processes, support new Project Manager onboarding, and contribute to wider project delivery activities as needed. Ensure on-time, high-quality delivery of Tender Commitments with risk escalation where required.
