Job Summary
Manage tender coordination, including allocation to bid teams, schedule management, and submission delivery with a focus on safety and quality. Lead preparation of tender queries and clarifications, ensure commercial support through rate development and query responses, and maintain oversight of the opportunity pipeline with forecasting and proactive management. Provide guidance on project set-up, mobilisation requirements, and framework processes while managing internal cost and performance reporting. Maintain framework rates and documentation, support customer initiatives, and ensure on-time delivery of Tender Commitments. Track progress, support commitment leads, and escalate risks where required.
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge of NH/ Highways industry

- Experience of Framework Management
- Knowledge of bid best practice, or bid writing/ reviewing skills
- PMO experience
- APM qualifications

Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of NEC4 PSC contracts
