Job Summary
Manage tender coordination, including allocation to bid teams, schedule management, and submission delivery with a focus on safety and quality. Lead tender query responses, ensure compliance, and provide commercial support through rate development and best-practice sharing. Maintain oversight of the opportunity pipeline, track forecasting, and prepare internal bid governance activities. Support framework reporting, supplier interactions, and contract administration while guiding project teams on compliant mobilisation. Manage internal cost performance reporting, maintain rate cards, and lead customer initiatives to enhance service delivery. Ensure on-time delivery of Tender Commitments and support onboarding and training for new Project Managers.
