Deputy Fire Marshall

Inspect existing structures, construction sites, and remodeling projects for compliance with fire and building codes, working with property owners to resolve violations. Coordinate the company inspection program by assigning and tracking inspections, reviewing reports for accuracy, and providing technical guidance on code application. Identify trends and deficiencies to prepare compliance reports, while serving as the Fire Marshal's designee for field inspections, permitting, and investigations. Conduct residential safety inspections, review development plans, and issue warnings or citations for code violations. Maintain inspection records and submit required documentation.
