Deputy Finance Director (with Russian language)

Coordinate operational activities within the Finance Department by streamlining accounting and reporting methodologies and enhancing business process efficiency. Draft regulatory frameworks for crucial processes, ensure seamless functioning of control mechanisms, and compile consolidated financial statements including the P&L, cash flow, and balance sheet. Develop consolidated forecasts and budgets, conduct comprehensive analysis of ROI, ROE, and EVA, and contribute to automation initiatives. Participate in projects aligning accounting and managerial accounting while crafting presentation materials. Requires minimum 6 years of experience, proficiency in project management, and fluency in English and Russian.
