Deputy Estate Manager

Coordinate with Building, Soft Service, Security, and Engineering managers to manage occupant relationships, address complaints, and ensure tenant retention. Develop safety systems, monitor energy consumption, and optimize operational efficiency across electromechanical systems, fire safety, and maintenance activities. Maintain physical plant assets, arrange capital improvements, and oversee procurement and finance processes for timely payments. Implement duty rosters, plan B-checks for DG units, and ensure adequate stock levels while coordinating with all stakeholders for smooth site operations.
