Job Summary
Assist the Division Contract Director in managing high volumes of work for an assigned Division, exercising delegated authority over functional areas such as pipeline work or data processing support. Perform all Division Contract Director management and coordinating functions as assigned, including attending numerous periodic and ad hoc face-to-face meetings with the COR and Government Case Managers. This Key Personnel role supports the U.S. Department of Justice under the anticipated MEGA 6 automated litigation support program, a fully remote position requiring a Public Trust clearance obtainable prior to start. Candidates must be located in or near the Washington, DC area and available for short-notice on-site meetings.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Public Trust clearance prior to start
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment
- Capability to perform all Division Contract Director management and coordinating functions as assigned
- Broad and deep knowledge of litigation support, business administration, human resource management, information resources management, and data processing
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to attend numerous periodic and ad hoc face-to-face meetings with the COR and Government Case Managers
Desired Qualifications
- Prior DOJ or federal litigation support program experience
- Relevant program/project management certification (e.g., PMP)
