Required Qualifications

  • Advanced degree or equivalent demonstrated experience
  • Comprehensive experience leading complex initiatives with budget responsibility at institutional or organizational levels
  • Experience developing and managing partnerships and relationships inside and outside of the organization
  • Experience in strategic and operational planning and execution of business strategies
  • Mastery knowledge of strategy development and implementation, performance management systems, and portfolio design and management
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to articulate implications for strategy, priorities, and team evolution
  • Must have unrestricted work authorization in the country where this position is located
