Job Summary
Lead the strategic and operational planning across postsecondary success programs; establish portfolio management, budgeting, and resource allocation; drive continuous improvement and change management; advise program teams on major grants; coordinate leadership engagement and learning opportunities; design organizational structure, cultivate inclusive culture; recruit and develop Strategy, Planning, Management talent; demonstrate mastery of strategy development, performance management systems, and portfolio design; strong communication and collaboration across teams; based in Seattle, WA.
Required Qualifications
- Advanced degree or equivalent demonstrated experience
- Comprehensive experience leading complex initiatives with budget responsibility at institutional or organizational levels
- Experience developing and managing partnerships and relationships inside and outside of the organization
- Experience in strategic and operational planning and execution of business strategies
- Mastery knowledge of strategy development and implementation, performance management systems, and portfolio design and management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to articulate implications for strategy, priorities, and team evolution
- Must have unrestricted work authorization in the country where this position is located
