Job Summary
Oversee administrative functions and operational leadership for the Shelter and Housing Services division, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and trauma-informed care. Manage risk identification, mitigation, and compliance across contracts and funding agreements while leading the budgeting process for a $38 million division. Directly supervise two Service Directors and facilitate leadership meetings, representing the agency in community partnerships and board engagements. Drive strategic planning, program development, and fundraising strategies to expand service access and improve client outcomes. Full-time, 40-hour position with a salary range of $145,000 – $165,000 per year.
Required Qualifications
- MA in Business Administration, Public Administration, Social Work, or related discipline
- Ten or more years equivalent work experience and/or training
- Seven or more years' experience in internal operations
- At least five years in a managerial capacity
- Experienced administrator with significant program development and implementation skills
- Non-profit setting experience
- Strong financial and organizational skills
- Exposure to non-profit accounting and financial reporting requirements
- Extremely well organized
