Job Summary
Deputy Director – Placements will lead and oversee placement activities for the School, focusing on building industry linkages, enhancing placement outcomes, and aligning opportunities with top B-School standards. Responsibilities include formulating/implementing placement policies, strengthening internships/live projects/industry visits/guest lectures, developing promotional materials, conducting company visits, developing industry interface for training programs and corporate collaborations, and maintaining long-term partnerships with recruiters. Candidate should have MBA (2-year full-time) and a Master’s Degree with strong senior leadership and relationship-building skills, plus 10+ years of industry experience and 4–5 years in middle management (Marketing or HR). Skills emphasized include strategic planning, networking, leadership, communication, and cross-stakeholder collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- MBA (2-year full-time) from a leading national or international management school
- Master’s Degree with at least 55% marks or equivalent GPA from a recognized university
- Professional Certifications in HR, Marketing, or Talent Management (advantage)
- Minimum 10 years of experience in industry/corporate organizations
- Minimum 4–5 years at middle management level in Marketing or HR
- Experience in education or service sector preferred
