Job Summary
Deputy Director – Placements will lead and oversee placement activities for the School, focusing on building industry linkages, enhancing placement outcomes, and aligning opportunities with top B-School standards. Responsibilities include strategic planning, industry engagement at national and international levels, coordination with academic leadership to strengthen student employability, formulating placement policies, strengthening internships and live projects, organizing industry visits and guest lectures, developing placement materials, conducting company visits, and building long-term partnerships with recruiters and corporate stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- MBA (2-year full-time) from a leading national or international management school
- Master’s Degree with at least 55% marks or equivalent GPA from a recognized university
- Professional Certifications in HR, Marketing, or Talent Management will be an added advantage
- Minimum 10 years of experience in industry/corporate organizations
- Minimum 4–5 years at middle management level in Marketing or HR
- Experience in the education or service sector will be preferred
