Job Summary
Oversee all curricula and student matters on the Paris-Saint-Ouen campus while managing IN&OUT partnerships across all Audencia locations. Monitor course evaluations, accreditation requirements, and Assurance of Learning processes. Represent the program to preparatory classes, partners, and institutions for visits, hosting, and presentations. Actively participate in program committees, admission days, and disciplinary hearings. Contribute to budget planning and monitoring, and engage in accreditation, ranking, and quality assurance processes. Teach undergraduate and graduate courses in French and/or English, maintaining a high-impact publication track record in peer-reviewed journals. This permanent, full-time faculty role supports STOA 2030's mission to train leaders for societal transitions, offering a research budget, performance bonuses, and family health coverage.
Required Qualifications
- Doctoral degree (Ph.D.)
- Publications in peer-reviewed international academic journals
- Demonstrated ability to develop a high-level research activity
- Proven experience managing a program or department
- Clear motivation to move into program management
- Proficiency in French
- Ability to effectively teach a range of undergraduate and graduate courses
- Comfortable teaching in English to undergraduate and graduate audiences
- Willingness to travel as part of teaching, research activities, and managerial responsibilities
