Job Summary
Lead the Building Construction Collaborative's strategic direction, program management, and implementation by coordinating activities across staff, partners, contractors, and state/local government stakeholders. Manage complex projects, work plans, budgets, and deliverables while convening leaders from industry, utilities, and nonprofits to develop practical solutions for energy-efficient building construction. Conduct research, technical analyses, and publications on building design, energy codes, and emerging technologies to translate findings into actionable recommendations for policymakers and practitioners. Supervise research and program staff by setting priorities, delegating work, providing mentorship, and assisting with hiring and onboarding. Represent ACEEE at conferences, presentations, and public forums to advance the collaborative's goals.
