Job Summary
Oversee administrative functions, strategic direction, and operational leadership across a diverse Division of Community Services with an annual budget exceeding $45 million. Provide oversight for three Service Directors and manage risk, compliance, and financial stewardship while ensuring effective delivery of housing, veteran, legal, and youth services. Represent the agency in community and partner settings, lead fundraising strategies, and drive program development to expand access and equity. Full-time role (40 hours/week) with salary commensurate with experience starting between $145,000 - $165,000 per year. Located at the Randolph Carter Center in Seattle, WA.
Required Qualifications
- MA in Business Administration, Public Administration, Social Work, or related discipline
- Ten or more years equivalent work experience and/or training
- Seven or more years' experience in internal operations
- At least five years in a managerial capacity
- Experienced administrator with significant program development and implementation skills
- Exposure to non-profit accounting and financial reporting requirements
- An extremely well organized, detail oriented, self-directed individual
- Articulate
- A decisive individual with the ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquires or complaints
- A dynamic communicator able to make effective and persuasive presentations
- Willingness to work occasional weekends/evenings to support Board, fundraising and program events
