Job Summary
Deputy Director – Electrical Engineering leads cross-functional design and manufacturing initiatives for electrical/electronic engineering teams in India. Responsibilities include designing, modifying, and troubleshooting electrical/electronic assemblies, layouts, schematics, and drawings; coordinating procurement and assembly of components; generating test reports and product documentation; and delivering robust, scalable engineering solutions. The role partners with BU leaders to define project scope and technical direction, provides technical leadership across design and manufacturing domains (PCB design, motion control, software/firmware, high-voltage, RF), and drives complex problem-solving with global stakeholders. People leadership includes mentoring and developing the India EE team to strengthen technical capabilities; travel up to 10% and relocation eligibility are supported. Qualifications include a BE/BTech or ME/MTech in Electrical Engineering with 10–15 years of experience, and proven leadership and collaboration capabilities.
