Deputy Director, Continuous Improvement

Job Summary
Monitor, analyze, and interpret performance data to implement process improvements that advance business outcomes. Use databases and reporting systems to extract and compile information, then collaborate with the Board Performance Department to realize improvement plans and technical enhancements. Design tracking tools for monitoring outcomes and ensure policies comply with business requirements. Manage systems and data integrity requests, including reviewing changes and processing information requests for customer records. Perform other related duties as assigned. This role supports workforce development solutions across Texas, Florida, and Nevada.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college in a relevant field of study
- Eight (8) years of relevant experience
- Valid driver's license
- Proof of insurance
- Good driving record
- Ability to lift 10 pounds occasionally
- Ability to stand, sit, bend, and walk
- Visual acuity
- Speech
- Hearing
- Occasional driving
- Occasional travel
- Flexible hours availability
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree
- Three (3) years of supervisory experience
- Additional relevant experience in lieu of required education
