Job Summary
Develop and manage detailed 3D BIM models using Revit, Civil 3D, or Navisworks to support project delivery for bridges and industrial structures. Produce high-quality drawings, schedules, and reports while ensuring model accuracy, integrity, and compliance with industry standards. Coordinate multidisciplinary models and create custom families to enhance BIM workflows. Requires a recognized Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering with at least three years of structural engineering modeling experience. Required Qualifications
- Recognized Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in structural engineering modelling and detailing, with a focus on bridges
- Proven expertise in 3D modelling using tools like Revit Structures and AutoCAD
- Proficiency in ProjectWise, BIM 360/ACC, and other industry-standard tools
- Strong understanding of structural engineering principles and construction sequencing
- Ability to create custom families and templates to enhance BIM workflows
- Proficient in written and verbal communication in English, with a strong command of technical terminology
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience model coordination, and multidisciplinary integration
- Knowledge of BIM standards, model structures, and Level of Detail (LOD) requirements
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills
- Ability to prioritize, manage deadlines, and handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail

Desired Qualifications
- Proficiency in Bridge detailing in AutoCAD is desirable
- Proficiency in Modelling and detailing Building structure in Revit is desirable
- Proficiency in Modelling and detailing Steel connections is desirable
- Proficiency in Modelling and detailing Steel Bridges &/or Industrial buildings is desirable
- Familiarity with ISO 19650 or COBie standards is highly desirable
