Job Summary
Support the Curriculum Head in planning, implementing, and improving the school's academic programs to ensure high-quality teaching and learning. Assist in curriculum design and alignment with board standards while monitoring classroom delivery to ensure timely syllabus completion. Mentor teachers, support professional development, oversee assessments, and analyze student performance. Coordinate with department heads on academic planning and execution to promote innovative, student-centered teaching practices. Requires a Master's degree with B.Ed./M.Ed., 5–8 years of teaching experience including leadership exposure, and strong knowledge of CBSE frameworks. Reports to the Principal or Curriculum Head.
