Deputy Controlling Manager

Deputy Controlling Manager will contribute to the smooth execution of controlling activities, ensuring continuity of departmental processes and alignment with department objectives. You will be involved in financial activities with a focus on accuracy and coherence of reported information. Responsibilities include supporting the Controlling Manager in coordinating department activities, taking over delegated tasks during absences, monitoring operational activities and adherence to deadlines and quality standards, supporting projects for optimization, automation and continuous improvement of controlling processes, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with business partners, analyzing financial and operational performance to identify risks and opportunities, taking over critical operational tasks based on department priorities, providing methodological and operational support to team members for resolving complex situations, and contributing to standardization, documentation and optimization of controlling processes. Requirements include a higher education in Economics, Finance or Accounting; experience in controlling, financial analysis or financial reporting; advanced MS Excel skills with reporting tools as an advantage; good English (B2) and French (A2); analytical thinking and business orientation; leadership and ability to motivate and develop teams; strong communication, organization and planning skills; results orientation, proactivity and adaptability; capacity to make decisions and prioritize activities in a dynamic environment.
