Deputy Continuing Airworthiness Manager

Job Summary
Lead and develop the DEA UK CAMO department, acting as the primary UK focal point for continuing airworthiness activities for G-Reg and 2-Reg assets. Drive King Air maintenance optimisation to maximise fleet availability and align schedules with operational requirements. Ensure regulatory compliance with UK CAA, Bailiwick of Guernsey 2-Reg, and applicable registries; oversee airworthiness records, audit readiness, and ADs/operational directives; collaborate with Part 145 teams to connect CAMO strategy with execution; manage maintenance contracts with owners/operators and drive continuous improvement across the CAMO function.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in a leadership capacity within an engineering environment
- Experience working within a highly regulated CAM environment (e.g. UK CAA, EASA, or Military CAMO / MAA framework)
- Proficient with airworthiness tracking software
- Strong focus on continuous improvement and fleet optimization
- Ability to liaise with Part 145 teams and regulatory bodies
- Knowledge of King Air-type aircraft or similar twin-turboprop platforms
- Ability to meet regulatory requirements of CAMO frameworks and act as ARC Signatory (or rapidly achieve)
