Job Summary
Manage construction schedules, risks, and opportunities across various development efforts while reading and interpreting construction drawings, specifications, and shop drawings. Communicate project progress, challenges, and outcomes to stakeholders to maintain transparency and alignment. Perform administrative duties including daily situation reports, safety documentation, project scheduling, and progress tracking within explosive or hazardous manufacturing environments. Requires two-plus years in a supervisory or foreman role with knowledge of commercial, industrial, and civil construction methods. U.S. person required to comply with ITAR regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Have progressively responsible, general construction experience.
- Two plus years in a supervisory or foreman of construction role.
- Have knowledge of commercial, industrial and civil construction methods.
- Be familiar with OSHA safety regulations and safe construction practices.
- Have administrative construction knowledge such as daily situation reports, daily construction reports, safety documentation, project scheduling and progress documentation.
- Have knowledge with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Teams).
- Have strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- U.S. Person required.
- To conform to U.S. Government space technology export regulations, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), you must be a U.S. citizen, a lawful permanent resident of the U.S., a protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.
