Job Summary
Deputy Company Secretary for a 14-month fixed-term contract to provide governance and secretarial support to the Group’s UK and overseas entities. Lead end-to-end board and committee processes, support governance across international entities, manage governance projects (restructurings, financings, and M&A), assist with share plans and corporate actions, draft accurate board minutes and resolutions, mentor junior team members, and drive improvements in governance systems and tools while ensuring compliance and value-added governance across the organization.
Required Qualifications
- Qualified or part‐qualified Company Secretary (CGI/ICSA or equivalent)
- Experience supporting Boards and Committees
- Strong drafting skills with ability to produce Board minutes and corporate resolutions
- Collaborative in approach with interest in improving governance processes
- Working knowledge of company law and corporate governance best practice
- Experience in overseas jurisdictions advantageous
