Job Summary
The Deputy Chief of Staff is a highly visible role that provides strategic, operational, and administrative support to the Chief of Staff, ensuring executive priorities and company initiatives are effectively executed. Responsibilities include partnering with executive leadership, leading high-priority projects, coordinating communications and project timelines, preparing executive-level presentations, and analyzing data for informed decision-making. Candidates should have over 5 years of relevant experience, strong execution skills, exceptional organizational capabilities, and effective communication prowess.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant experience in business strategy, consulting, executive operations, communications, policy, investment, or a related field; CPG experience preferred.
- Strong execution mindset with demonstrated ability to manage complex initiatives and deliver measurable outcomes.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Collaborative working style with the ability to build relationships.
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with executive-level polish.
