Job Summary
Lead operating rhythm and governance activities (annual/quarterly planning, KPI reporting, executive meetings) and drive high-priority strategic projects in close partnership with the CEO and Chief of Staff. Build and improve operational processes across Garner to increase effectiveness, serve as a force multiplier for leadership, and ensure follow-through on top priorities. The role requires breaking down unstructured problems, delivering solutions with cross-functional stakeholders, and applying a high-ownership, detail-oriented approach in a fast-growing healthcare-tech environment. Based in the New York City office with a three-day-in-office schedule (Tue–Thu).
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a strategic problem-solving role
- prior experience in management consulting, investment banking, or an early-stage startup environment
- ability to break down unstructured problems and work with cross-functional stakeholders
- strong ownership mentality and attention to detail in delivering operational initiatives
- strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize insights from complex data
- willingness to roll up your sleeves to ensure company success
- interest and/or experience in healthcare and improving the U.S. healthcare system
- ability to work in a fast-paced, mission-driven team with authentic feedback
