Job Summary
Deputy Centre Leader to assist the Centre Principal with day-to-day operations, manage center finances and inventory, monitor health/safety/SOP standards, mentor junior educators, supervise staff, and coordinate admissions and family relations. Responsible for leading center operations in the Principal's absence, evaluating classroom setups, guiding lesson plan execution, coordinating tours, managing waitlists, and organizing center-wide events and parent-child workshops. Requires a Diploma in ECE Leadership (or ADECL), ECDA L2 certification, at least 3 years of L2 teaching experience, and English proficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education – Leadership (DECCE-L) or currently enrolled in/graduating with an ADECL certification
- Valid ECDA L2 Language Certification
- Minimum of 3 years of active teaching experience as an L2 teacher
- Minimum of a credit in GCE O Level English (or equivalent WPL literacy band)
- Strong organizational skills, approachable communication, proactive problem-solving mindset
