Job Summary
Deputy Manager role based at the Ripley branch (UK) to support the Registered Manager in day-to-day running of the care service during a 12-month fixed-term maternity cover. Lead a team of 31-32 care staff, oversee quality assurance, safeguarding, care planning, e-MAR audits, performance reviews, and liaise with GPs and district nurses. Responsibilities include disciplinary processes when needed, managing client assessments, onboarding, and maintaining accurate records on digital systems. On-call one week in four (out of hours until 10:30pm) and ensure full branch coverage. Requires Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care, at least 3 years of management experience in health/social care, strong IT/system skills, and a full UK driving licence. Required Qualifications

- Ability to lead a team of carers and manage client assessments, care plans, and regulatory compliance
