Job Summary
Program Manager to support the DNS Front Office and associated program areas in a hybrid Washington, DC / Germantown, MD setting. Lead an integrated administrative and operational team to deliver mission-critical support, including managing classified and unclassified correspondence and documentation, robust records management, executive-level calendar management, complex domestic and international travel coordination, scheduling conflict resolution, internal and external communications, and advanced administrative support for documents, reporting, and presentations. Oversee office technology, conference room operations, and meeting logistics; ensure secure spaces and escort procedures; develop and maintain administrative data systems to improve operational efficiency and reporting accuracy; provide representation at industry events and contribute to internal initiatives and external thought leadership efforts. Location details indicate hybrid work with in-person attendance in Washington, DC and Germantown, MD.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Management, or related field
- Ten years of experience managing projects or programs of similar scope and complexity
- At least five years of direct experience managing government contracts or programs
- Active Level L clearance
