Dept Mgr – Men’s

Manage the retail department by performing cashier, sales associate, and key carrier duties while maintaining active personal selling to meet hourly sales goals. Supervise store associates, handle customer complaints and returns, and address personnel matters within the department. Open and close the store as directed, maintain visual standards, and lead training on sales techniques and product knowledge. Monitor timecard exceptions, track department performance against sales and payroll metrics, and execute loss prevention measures to ensure a secure environment. Act as Manager on Duty and support storewide initiatives while adhering to all company policies and procedures.
