Dept Mgr – Ladies’

Manage the retail department by acting as Manager on Duty, opening and closing the store, and supervising associates to deliver Best of the WEST customer service. Drive sales by performing personal selling, meeting hourly goals, and coaching staff on product knowledge and techniques while maintaining visual standards and store cleanliness. Handle customer complaints, returns, exchanges, and associate assignments, ensuring compliance with policies and active participation in loss prevention measures. Monitor timecard exceptions, track department performance against sales and payroll goals, and report safety incidents promptly. Assist store leadership with initiatives and perform cashier duties as needed.
