Job Summary
Depot Standardization and Digitalization Manager at Maersk leads governance and standardized processes for Star depots across Europe, embedding a MOS culture, driving Lean and continuous improvement, and advancing digitalization and automation. Responsibilities include maintaining a central data repository, ensuring stable IT infrastructure and standardized software aligned with market and customer needs, establishing governance across depots in Europe, driving performance visibility with VMS, collaborating with Depot Managers to generate CI-driven solutions, and supporting commercial capacity in depots while coordinating with HSSE and Head of Depots. Requires process and systems knowledge, Lean and continuous improvement skills, IT savviness, change and stakeholder management, and fluency in English and Spanish.
