Job Summary
Depot Operations Manager responsible for leading and improving depot performance across safety, compliance, and customer-focused delivery. Oversees drivers and depot activities, including scheduling, resource planning, and cost management, ensuring adherence to SHEQ standards and regulatory requirements. Leads continuous improvement initiatives to boost efficiency, reduce costs, and optimise service quality. Collaborates with commercial and logistics teams to resolve issues and enhance customer satisfaction, while managing budgets and KPIs. Demonstrates strong leadership, planning, organisational, and problem-solving skills, with knowledge of fuels/hazardous goods operations and a background in safe, cost-efficient transport management. ADR/CPC certification is advantageous. Greenergy Flexigrid context and UK depot network experience are relevant to the role.
