Job Summary
Lead end-to-end revenue and NII forecasting for L&AS using driver-based models grounded in balance and rate assumptions. Quantify sensitivities to interest rates, yield curves, and policy; run scenarios for balances, repricing, and macro shifts. Deliver clear P&L variance bridges versus plan, forecast, and prior year with actionable commentary and remediation steps. Reconcile actuals to source systems and allocations; maintain traceability to balances, pricing, and policy treatments. Produce concise, executive-ready reporting for CFO, Product, and senior leadership with a single source of truth. Coordinate messaging and deliverables across Finance, Product, and Treasury to enable aligned decisions. Drive data-quality improvements and automation across forecasting, close, and reporting processes. Uphold strong control standards for reconciliations, allocations, and model governance across forecasting tools. Serve as senior finance partner to L&AS; influence Product, Sales, Operations, Treasury, Technology, and Finance. Communicate complex concepts simply and credibly to technical and non-technical audiences. Lead and develop a high-performing team that fosters analytical rigor, accountability, and inclusion.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- 7 years experience in finance, treasury, or wholesale transaction banking products
- 3 years experience leading revenue or NII forecasting and P&L variance analysis
- Advanced Excel skills with demonstrated experience building and maintaining complex financial models
- Proficiency with BI and analytics tools such as Tableau and Alteryx
- Experience managing large datasets and improving data quality and automation in finance processes
- Strong organizational and project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level presentations and materials
- Track record of cross-functional partnership with Product, Treasury, Technology, and Finance stakeholders
- People leadership experience including coaching, development, and retention of talent
- Proven ability to work independently as a self-starter and drive outcomes in a fast-paced environment
