Depositary Oversight Specialist, Senior Associate based in Kilkenny, Ireland, reporting to a Manager within Depositary Oversight. This permanent role focuses on depositary operating model considerations, department strategy, and adoption of new business, ensuring timely and proper completion of tasks, reviewing draft prospectuses and financial statements, monitoring fund compliance with regulatory investment restrictions and borrowing powers, rectifying breaches in the regulatory log, handling client queries, testing compliance monitoring systems, and reviewing NAV components processed in line with fund documentation and regulations. Strong familiarity with financial securities markets, derivatives, UCITS V and AIFMD knowledge are advantageous, with emphasis on accuracy, regulatory compliance, and delivering high-quality client service.
