Job Summary
Complete reviews in line with allocation and ensure timely completion of tasks. Review and comment on draft prospectuses and financial statements, and monitor the portfolio of funds for compliance with regulatory investment restrictions and borrowing power limits daily and monthly. Rectify breaches on the regulatory log and respond to client queries per department requirements. Test compliance monitoring systems and review Fund NAV components, including distributions and performance fees, to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and fund documentation. Assist operational departments in verifying fund administration against regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Familiarity with financial securities markets, language and products
- Knowledge of UCITS V and AIFMD regulatory requirements
- Degree qualified
- Strong Excel/Word skills
- Highly computer literate
- Excellent attention to details
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- High communication skills, both verbal and written
- Good organizational skills and methodical way of thinking
- Team player
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in structured products including derivatives
- A good understanding of the regulatory framework for Funds (UCITS/Non-UCITS/AIFMD)
- Relevant industry experience (not necessarily within a Trustee/Depositary role)
- Knowledge of UCITS V and AIFMD regulatory requirements
