Job Summary
Deposit Servicing Representative handles processing of checks, drafts, charge backs, and tax levies; manages IRA RMD transactions and supports; files legal garnishments; performs account maintenance and incoming mail handling; supports trust account openings and adjustments; prepares charge-offs and reviews branch forms; maintains document imaging and supports deposit servicing functions; meets daily deadlines and resolves Helpdesk issues; assists with ledger reconciliations and back-office tasks; updates procedures, generates reports, and processes Escheat Accounts; suggests workflow improvements; works 40 hours weekly with Saturday shifts; Honolulu-based role with strong emphasis on accuracy, customer service, and cross-functional collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Bachelor's degree preferably in Business with an emphasis in Finance, Economics, Marketing, or Accounting
- Two to four years of related experience, preferably with an emphasis on financial services operations
- Professional etiquette and customer service
- Strong analytical, decision-making, and communication skills
- Independent, team-oriented, and organized
- Maintain confidentiality
- Effective presentation skills
