Job Summary
Deposit Services Manager responsible for overseeing deposit and overdraft operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing vendor relationships (Overdraft Privilege), updating deposit-related policies and disclosures, and collaborating cross-functionally to support training, process improvements, and enterprise initiatives. duties include monitoring performance metrics and member experience trends, providing subject matter guidance for processes and procedures, and ensuring efficient, compliant deposit programs with data-driven improvements and strong partnership across branches and support teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and 1-3 years of relevant experience; 4-6 years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
Desired Qualifications
- 4-6 years of finance, banking, compliance and/or credit union experience
- Leadership experience
- Working knowledge of financial analysis and accounting concepts
