Job Summary
Deposit Relationship Officer responsible for growing and managing the bank's deposit portfolio by building strong client relationships, promoting deposit products, conducting needs analyses, and meeting deposit targets. Responsibilities include providing financial advice on deposit solutions, cross-selling other banking products, monitoring market trends to ensure competitive offerings, maintaining accurate customer records, and collaborating with other departments on product development and marketing campaigns to enhance brand and client value.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 2-3 years of banking experience, preferably in deposit products or relationship management
- Strong knowledge of banking regulations and compliance requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and banking software
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- Fluency in English and Bahasa
- Proven track record in sales and relationship building
